WE RESERVE THE RIGHT, IN OUR SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, TO MAKE CHANGES FROM TIME TO TIME (WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE) IN HOW WE OPERATE OUR SERVICE. YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR CONTINUED USE OF OUR SERVICE AFTER CHANGES ARE MADE MEANS THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY SUCH CHANGES. AS SUCH, YOU SHOULD REVIEW THE TERMS OF USE PERIODICALLY.

Irentmygames.ca reserves the right to reject submissions deemed to be in violation of this rental policy, or any incomplete or illegal submissions. Irentmygames.ca reserves the right to change this rental policy at any time, without notice.

 

In the event that you are not the sole owner of the PayPal authorization used to sign up to our service or purchase items in the store, you must be in presence of the holder during the signup process as well as for any additional transaction that will result in charges through PayPal after the signup. In addition, when using specific Irentmygames.ca services, you and Irentmygames.ca shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use.

If you use the Website or the Service, you represent and warrant that all information you supply to Irentmygames.ca is complete and accurate. You must have internet access and a valid PayPal authorization to use the Service. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for restricting access to your computer. You also agree not to impersonate any other person while using the Website. By using the Website, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. It is also your responsibility (at all times) to provide and maintain an accurate and working e-mail address, delivery address, telephone number and current and billing information. We reserve the right to place any account on hold at anytime (with or without notification to you) in order to protect us from what we believe to be fraudulent activity. You can find the specific details regarding your subscription with Irentmygames.ca at anytime by logging into your account.

 

Irentmygames.ca currently provides users with access to a video game catalog and the ability to rent video games, as well as in the future to join its community as a member (the "Service"). Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that modifies or enhances the current Service shall be subject to the Terms of Use. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that Irentmygames.ca assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, misdelivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service which may involve third party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Service as a customer.

You must be 18 years of age or older and reside in Canada to subscribe to the Service. WHILE INDIVIDUALS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MAY UTILIZE THE SERVICE, THEY MAY DO SO ONLY UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN. The games we distribute and the content on the Website are strictly for personal and non-commercial use. We agree to deliver games to you and grant you a license to access the Website for that limited purpose only. Any unauthorized use of the Website will terminate your subscription and the limited license granted by us.

Your account will be charged monthly on the day of your first billing date.

Your Irentmygames.ca membership will continue in effect unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. By becoming a member, you agree that we are permitted to charge you through PayPal (plus applicable taxes) for any game rentals, fees or other purchased items from Irentmygames.ca.

Irentmygames.ca is not responsible for any additional bank fees, interest charges, finance charges, overdraft charges, or other fees resulting from charges billed by us. We also reserve the right to change our fees, but we will notify you in advance if we do so.

Our goal is to ship you the game the same day we receive your order. We currently ship using Canada Post first class mail. We do not ship during Canadian or British Columbia holidays. We will send you an email when we have shipped your rental game and another email when your rental game has been received. We shall endeavour to ensure there is a prepaid envelope with your order to allow for return, but no make no warranty or representation as to any missing envelopes or insufficient postage. 

We reserve the right to ship rental games among the members of our Service in any manner we determine. Factors that may impact the delivery time are (i) delivery issues within the Canada Post system; and (ii) technical problems within Irentmygames.ca and/or the internet.

Your liability for any game shall commence upon deposit of the game by us to a representative or postbox of Canada Post or such other delivery service, and shall terminate upon receipt of the game, in good condition and working order, in our offices.

 

From time to time we may offer discount introductory offers of the Service to allow customers to become familiar with the many benefits of the subscription plans we offer. These trials and introductory offers are available to new (first-time) customers only, limited to one per household, and cannot be combined with any other offer. These limited trials and introductory offers are only valid in the provinces or territories of Canada. A valid PayPal authorization is required. WE AUTHORIZE UP TO THE AMOUNT OF ONE MONTHLY FEE IN ORDER TO VERIFY THE AUTHORIZATION. We receive no money from this transaction, even if your bank or credit card company temporarily holds the funds in your account.

We will begin billing you through PayPal for a monthly subscription fee (plus any applicable taxes) on the first day following the end of your trial or introductory offer period. YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE END OF YOUR TRIAL OR INTRODUCTORY OFFER PERIOD TO AVOID HAVING YOUR ACCOUNT CHARGED. All games must be received by us prior to the cancellation being effective.

Irentmygames.ca free trials, trial memberships, and Discount Introductory Offers are non-transferrable and may not be resold. Irentmygames.ca does not condone the re-selling of Discount Introductory Offers privately or on auction/marketplace websites, and we are under no obligation to honor re-sold free trials, trial memberships, and Discount Introductory Offer memberships. Irentmygames.ca also does not offer customer support around issues that may arise from transactions re-selling Irentmygames.ca free trials, trial memberships, and Discount Introductory Offers.

 

Should there be any issues regarding your regular monthly billing due to problems with your payment method (declined charge, invalid account number, etc), we will temporarily suspend all game shipments until all outstanding payments have been paid. If there are multiple months of payments outstanding, game shipments will not continue until all months have been paid for. Irentmygames.ca reserves the right to charge your PayPal account for any or all past due months of service. If you have entered multiple payment methods into the Irentmygames.ca system, we reserve the right to try any or all of these to collect on your past due months of service or for any inventory costs you have incurred. Irentmygames.ca reserves the right to charge a recovery fee to any member with multiple delinquent billings.

If your first membership fee is declined on the PayPal authorization provided upon signing up, Irentmygames.ca reserves itself the right to capture the preauthorization held on your account as a security measure. As soon as you can provide us with a valid PayPal authorization on which the standard monthly fees will be settled, we will fully refund this security charge.

You can always change your membership package in your account or contact our customer service. There may be a small charge to upgrade, which is the difference between your old package and the new one, prorated according to the number of days you have left until your next billing date. When you downgrade your membership, any game you send back will be held until you reach your new maximum of games in your possession. We must receive all extra games in your possession at least one(1) work day before the next billing date. Failure to do so will void the downgrade and result in the billing of the previous membership fee. In this case, we will send you more games from your queue if necessary.

 

We reserve the right to modify, terminate or restrict, temporarily or permanently, the use of our Service, without notice, for any or no reason.

You can cancel your rental membership by contacting customer support at cancellation@irentmygames.ca.

 

YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION 72 HOURS PRIOR TO THE END OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO AVOID HAVING YOUR ACCOUNT CHARGED. A cancellation confirmation will be sent to you and your account will be cancelled immediately. All outstanding rentals must be received before we will cancel your subscription. If we have not received your outstanding rentals, you will be charged for all additional months of service and /or the full retail price of all unreturned games. Though it is not required, we highly suggest you return these games using a traceable shipping method. Canada Post offers Xpresspost, an inexpensive option which will provide insurance and a tracking code. If you cannot provide proof that you sent your package via a traceable shipping method, you will be fully liable for the cost of these games. ONLY ACCOUNTS IN GOOD STANDING CAN BE CLOSED. IF ANY PAYMENTS ARE PAST DUE, THEY MUST RECEIVED BY IRENTMYGAMES.CA BEFORE AN ACCOUNT CAN BE CANCELLED.

 

 

If a purchase price is erroneous, Irentmygames.ca reserves itself the right to cancel the transaction and refund the total amount charged. All displayed prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Irentmygames.ca will add the applicable sales tax to your monthly billing amount based on the province or territory that the shipping address is in.

 

 

Once Irentmygames.ca ships a game from your account, it is your full responsibility to return it to us. If the game cannot be returned to us, is not received back for any reason, or is returned unplayable or damaged. Irentmygames.ca reserves itself the right to charge you the higher amount between the retail price and the replacement cost of the game. Any instances of unreturned games are dealt with individually and may be investigated to prevent fraud. If you ever receive a damaged game, please contact us immediately for instructions.

 

All content and data included on the Website, including but not limited to graphics, text, logos, button icons, and software, is the property of Irentmygames.ca, or its suppliers and is protected by Canada and international copyright laws. No content may be reproduced or used without express written permission from C. R. Gaming and any other copyright holder.

You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any software, products or processes accessible through the Website, not to insert any code or manipulate any content and not to use data mining, data gathering or any other extraction methods. Irentmygames.ca does not condone the copying of video games or other infringing activities.

Irentmygames.ca reserves itself the right to transfer any delinquent accounts of members to a collection or recovery agency. The customer’s full information will be available to the agency for them to use all legal and financial methods to recover the owed sum. The unpaid balance will be increased by 25% in order to cover all additional administrative fees encountered.
